250 Euston Road, London NW1

On behalf of University College London Hospital NHS Trust (the Trust), Dron & Wright acquired a leasehold interest on 250 Euston Road, London NW1, an office building of approx 160,000 sq ft, for part occupation by the Trust with the remainder being let. We manage the building on behalf of the Trust in their capacity as Landlord, dealing with the maintenance and running of the building, administering the service charge and recovering from the non-Trust tenants within the building.
