For the management of Tower Bridge Court on behalf of the West of England Ship Owners Insurance Services Limited, Dron & Wright entered into a performance related fee structure. For the third year running Dron & Wright are delighted to have been awarded the maximum fee for the delivery of their property management services.
In their review of this performance fee, our client reported:-
"From our perspective, Dron & Wright's performance this year has continued to be very good, with the provision of a responsive, effective service on day to day management matters, backed up by solid advice on tenancy and other building occupancy issues."
