Acting on behalf of Flagdean Limited, Dron & Wright have sold a 0.25 acre site opposite the Moorfields Eye Hospital which benefited from a planning consent for a 75,000 square feet office building.
The site was sold to Access Self Storage for a price in excess of £7.0 million. The site will be developed as a self storage depot and offices.
Dron & Wright have had a long lasting relationship with this site having undertaken the property management and letting work on the former 25,000 square feet buildings since the late 1990’s. |
