On behalf of a private investor, Dron & Wright have acted in the acquisition of a one acre development site at 12/20 Paul Street and 83/105 Clifton Street, London EC2, just north of the Broadgate office complex.
This prominent site has planning consent for up to 200,000 square feet of office accommodation. Dron & Wright, in conjunction with their clients and architects, are looking at improving the planning consent to a mixed use scheme incorporating offices, retail, residential and student housing.
