New Bridge Street House, 30/34 New Bridge Street, EC4 - Acquisition of Offices

Dron & Wright have secured the acquisition of the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of New Bridge Street House, EC4 for MacIntyre Hudson’s new London headquarters.

Comprising 9,790 square feet, the floors have been acquired on three new subleases granted for a term expiring 2011.
