Dron & Wright have secured the acquisition of new premises on the part 4th and 5th floors, Victoria Central, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, SW1 on behalf of Uswitch.
Victoria Central was acquired by the Telegraph Media Group who are marketing approximately 100,000 square feet of prime office space set directly above the busiest transport interchange in London.
Uswitch will initially occupy approximately 29,000 square feet based over the top two floors with a total rent roll in excess of £1.2 million. They will also have an option to acquire the remainder of the 4th floor (a further 19,000 square feet) in two years time.
