In their capacity as retained property and estate management consultants, Dron & Wright have acted for London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority in the leasehold acquisition of premises at the above building.

The unit comprises part of the fourth floor, totalling approximately 3,700 square feet (343 square metres). The accommodation is to be used for LFEPA’s Borough Team, during the refurbishment of Wembley fire station.
