Having acted on behalf of Credit Suisse in the sub-letting of the seventh and eighth floors of Harbour Exchange (comprising approximately 16,000 square feet), to three sub-tenants, Dron & Wright have recently been instructed to manage the premises on behalf of our client.
This is the seventh management instruction that Dron & Wright have secured from Credit Suisse, since they were first appointed over ten years ago. This is a reflection of the high quality of service and the management expertise provided to our client.
