Dron & Wright were appointed by Bruce Dunlop & Associates (BDA), an international creative company, to acquire and refurbish premises to a very tight timescale, following service of a CPO on their existing premises.  

Using the services of Dron & Wright West End Agency Department, BDA acquired 15,000 sq ft of office space in Soho, in close proximity to other similar companies. Following due diligence, Dron & Wright Building Surveyors designed, specified and acted as Contract Administrator and Project Coordinators for the Cat A refurbishment with client specific design and negotiated the cost of the works with Oakwood Building Services, an industry renowned contractor.  The works were successfully completed on time, to an accelerated programme, and to a very high quality with the Final Account soon to be agreed at a level below the initial Contract Sum
