Having been involved in 2006 as joint letting agents of 15 Fetter Lane for British Steel Pension Fund Trustees Limited we are delighted to have now been appointed as Managing Agents on their behalf. 

The 85,000 sq ft building was extended and totally refurbished in 2006 and Dron & Wright advised the Trust on these works and were then involved in the letting of all floors within the building. 

Dron & Wright are pleased to now be able to Manage the fully let and refurbished building on behalf of the Trust.
