We have recently been awarded a new four year contract for the provision of Property and Estates Management services to the London Fire & Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA). We have fulfilled that role for this client since 1996.

LFEPA is the body responsible for running the London Fire Brigade. The LFEPA estate comprises over 120 freehold and leasehold properties, including fire stations, other operational premises, together with offices and ancillary premises.

We are very proud to have been associated with this vital emergency service provider in London for over 15 years.
