Acting on behalf of Vintage Holdings Ltd, a newly established client, Dron & Wright has recently been appointed to manage 43 Grosvenor Street, London W1. This elegant, period building extends to about 9,200 sq. ft. of extensively refurbished, air conditioned offices.
The building will be multi-occupied and Dron & Wright has been responsible for setting up all the management and maintenance contracts for the communal facilities to the property.
