Dron & Wright are pleased to have been appointed by Schroders' Columbus UK Real Estate Fund to manage 33 Gracechurch Street following their recent acquisition.

The 103,000 sq ft building, located on the corner of Gracechurch Street and Lombard Street, comprises retail to the ground floor and six floors of offices above.

We are delighted to have been appointed to manage the building having already been instructed to manage Austin Friars House and Aldermary House, two further multi-let office buildings in the City which the fund acquired in 2010 and 2011.
