Following the acquisition of Birchin Court, 19-25 Birchin Lane, London EC3 by existing overseas clients, Dron & Wright are delighted to have been appointed to manage the building.

Built in 1988, Birchin Court provides 61,940 square feet of well specified office and ancillary accommodation together with retail and wine bar accommodation providing a further 1,919 square feet.

There is currently approximately 5,750 square feet vacant office space and our Agency and Asset Management Departments are advising upon the marketing and strategy for this suite and the building.

Our Building Surveying Department will be managing the refurbishment of the toilet accommodation within the building.
