Acting on behalf of Urban Rustic UK Limited, Dron and Wright have just completed the sale of two of the commercial units within the Pegaso development. Pegaso, which has frontages to both Britannia walk and Westland place, Shoreditch, comprises a mixed use development of 56 private apartments and approximately 30,000 square feet of commercial offices. The Institute of Highways and Transportation acquired Unit 2 of approximately 7,850 square feet for their new headquarters. While Camelot Property Management ltd. acquired Unit 4 in December 2008 of approximately 5,800 square feet.

Dron and Wright provided advice to the developer from their purchase of the site, through the planning and design process, finalising in the marketing and ultimate sale of these two units. Two further Commercial units remain, although Unit 1 of approximately 5,000 square feet is currently under offer.
