Dron & Wright initially acted on behalf of Faithdean Plc in the acquisition of the freehold of 44-48 Borough High Street in 2010. Following strategic advice provided by D&W, the client obtained a planning change of use for the ground and lower ground floors from offices to A1 retail.
D&W have successfully let the retail floors to Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward on a new 15 year lease at a rent of £60,000 per annum.
