New Property Management Instructions In 2009

During 2009, Dron & Wright were instructed by a new client, an overseas investor now investing in Central London property, to manage three newly acquired property investments. These comprise:-

  • Austin Friars House, 2/6 Austin Friars, EC2 - Approx. 60,500 sq ft of offices.
  • 13/14 Basinghall Street, EC2 - Approx. 7,700 sq ft of offices and retail.
  • Cannongate House, 62/64 Cannon Street, EC4 - Approx. 20,000 sq ft of offices and retail.
