Acting on behalf of Mount Anvil, Dron & Wright have sold a long leasehold interest to the charity, GMFA, of Unit 11 Angel Wharf, Shepherdess Walk, London N1. At the same time, D&W also secured a letting of Unit 5 to the Caspari Foundation, bringing Mount Anvil’s scheme to over 75% occupied.
