Significant Rental Savings Achieved on Jermyn Street

Acting on behalf of a client from the banking sector, Dron and Wright have recently concluded rent review negotiations concerning c, 22,500 sq ft of office accommodation on Jermyn Street, London SW1. After detailed negotiations the rental demand of c. £1.8m was reduced to c £1.6m.  Acting in a rising rental market the rental reduction represented an excellent monetary saving.
