New Business Centre secured for the City
MWB Business Exchange have acquired approximately 35,500 square feet over the ground to 5th floors (inclusive) of St Clements House, Clements Lane, EC4. This will be MWB’s fourth high quality Business Exchange in the City.
Dron & Wright advised the landlord, a joint venture between Hotbed and Stenham Property Ltd, in securing this valuable tenant. Whilst the terms of the deal are confidential between the parties, the deal reflects the landlord’s objectives of securing good quality income whilst applying for planning consent for the long term redevelopment of the building.
Dron & Wright have been involved with St Clements House for a number of years having advised the previous occupier, Standard Chartered Bank on all their property issues, including the surrender of their headlease over this building which was effective from June 2008.
