Dron & Wright building surveyors are project managing the extension and refurbishment of the 5^th floor and reception areas at 40 Bernard Street, WC1 on behalf of Targetfollow Group. The works are due to complete in early 2009 and will provide very high quality space with fully glazed extensions over existing balconies. The works are relatively complicated as the building is otherwise fully occupied and there is a high level of structural works to be carried out whilst still maintaining the comfort of the existing office and retail tenants.
