Acting on behalf of an existing property management client, Dron & Wright have recently been instructed to manage 55 King William Street, London, EC4. The property comprises around 55,000 sq.ft. of air-conditioned office accommodation on seven floors, situated directly above Monument Underground Station. There is also retail accommodation on the ground floor and mezzanine, currently let to Boots the Chemist and Coral, and a basement wine bar, occupied by Corney & Barrow.

The M&E plant in the building has recently been overhauled, with the replacement of the chillers with combined chiller/heat exchanger and heat reclaim units, but following acquisition, our client also intends to carry out some further work to the lifts and main reception.
