Our building surveyors have just completed the full refurbishment of 22 City Road on behalf of Ogden Properties Limited. The property had been unoccupied for at least five years and the internal finishes were ‘de rigeur’ the 1980’s. The entire building was stripped out and refurbished to an high level with new air conditioning, metal pan suspended ceiling and the latest in lighting, as well as a complete redecoration from top to toe. We are particularly pleased that within weeks of the completion of the works a number of floors have already gone under offer.
