Dron & Wright, acting on behalf of overseas buyers, have completed the freehold purchase of Austin Friars House, 2–6 Austin Friars, EC2 for £16.65m. This reflected an initial yield of 10.78%. 

Located within the traditional core of the City of London, Austin Friars House was developed in 1989 behind a classical façade. The building comprises 60,554 square feet of office space and ancillary accommodation, arranged over basement, lower ground, ground and five upper floors.
