Acting on behalf of the London Fire And Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA), we have recently completed the unconditional sale of a one acre residential development site in Bunns Lane.

The property was sold to Turnhold Properties, who were unrepresented. This completion marks the end of a very complicated disposal process, as the site had significant planning, services, contamination and title issues to resolve before the transaction could proceed.
