Dron & Wright for a number of years Managed 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1 on behalf of Grosvenor Estates until they took the management in-house to operate within the Grosvenor Service Centre.
Following the sale of the building by Grosvenor to Redgranite Limited, Dron & Wright are delighted to have been appointed to again manage the building, this time on behalf of the new owners.
Located close to Victoria Station, 52 Grosvenor Gardens comprises a high quality office building which accommodates 91,337 sq ft of office, retail and storage space.
