D&W were instructed by Faegre & Benson LLP to assist in their premises strategy, 18 months ahead of the expiry of their 25 year lease. After extensive searches, viewings and negotiations with landlords in the St Pauls area of the City, the international law firm, chose to remain within their self contained headquarters building in Pilgrim Street under a new lease negotiated by D&W.

Feagre & Benson were delighted with the outcome as substantial savings were made by remaining in their existing building which offers good quality accommodation with future expansion space.
