D&W have been managing 48-54 Moorgate since the early 1990’s when these premises were declared surplus by Credit Suisse.

D&W have been undertaking floor by floor lettings since this time with some floors having been let on a number of occasions. The 5th floor has now been let to Payment Card Technologies under a short term sublease to the expiry of Credit Suisse’s headlease in March 2011, thereby minimising all of our client’s liabilities at this property.
