On behalf of Structadene, Dron & Wright have secured the continued occupation of the biggest tenant, Steel Business Briefing, within Peek House, 20 Eastcheap, London EC3. D&W negotiated a re-gearing of Steel Business Briefing’s existing lease on the 4th floor whilst simultaneously negotiating a new lease over additional space on the second floor. The latter was secured subject to a back to back surrender of the former tenant’s (Sunguard) lease over these premises.

The continued growth of Steel Business Briefing who first occupied a unit of 400 square feet in Peek House and who now occupy approximately 4,700 square feet is testimony to this building’ s flexibility and ability to offer an incubator approach to small businesses.
