Following on from the comprehensive refurbishment of 22 City Road by Ogden Properties (see News item July 2008). Dron & Wright have secured the first tenants for this building by letting approximately 50% of the available office space.

APCIMS (The Association of Private Client Investment Managers and Stockbrokers) have taken a 10 year lease over approximately 3,100 square feet on the top two floors of the building.

In addition, an established firm of IT specialists, Billback Systems Limited, have taken a 10 year lease over the first floor.
