On behalf of UCLH Charity, Dron & Wright advised on the acquisition of the freehold interest of this 12,000 square feet building, close to Tottenham Court Road.  

The building will be converted into a ‘patients hotel’ for the benefit of those being treated at the University College London Hospital. The accommodation will be able to provide patients with overnight sleeping accommodation, as well as lounge and kitchen facilities. Dron & Wright will be project managing the conversion of the building which should be ready for occupation early in 2011.
