Partner - Head of Building Consultancy

John first joined Dron & Wright in 1990 as a recently qualified surveyor. As a member of the Project Management Team, he worked primarily on large fit-outs for blue chip companies.

Following a seven year spell in Commercial and Residential Property Management, John re-joined Dron & Wright as an Associate in 2000 and was made Partner, heading our Building Consultancy Department in 2002. His areas of expertise include:-

• Dilapidations advice to both landlords and tenants
• Project Management and contract administration
• Space planning, fit-out and refurbishment advice
• Party wall advice
• Pre-acquisition and condition surveys
