Background:

Graduating in 2010 from Kingston University with a first class honours degree in Building Surveying, Martin joined Dron & Wright in January 2011 following various professional experiences working for contractors. He is currently in the company’s APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) programme in order to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Skill Areas: 

Experience in preparation of measured surveys, the specifying and contract administration of refurbishment projects under £200,000 to a variety of property types, together with Party Wall and general building surveying matters.
