Mel originally joined Dron & Wright as a graduate in 1998, working first for the City Agency Team and later the Occupier Consultancy Team. She achieved her RICS qualification in June 2002.

Mel rejoined Dron & Wright in 2010 and now deals with Occupier Consultancy and provides Corporate Real Estate advice, including valuations, landlord & tenant advice, acquisitions and disposals, service charge consultancy, lease renewals and rent reviews.
