Managing Partner - Head of Occupier Consultancy

Steve joined Dron & Wright in 1982 and was appointed Partner in 1989.

He is responsible for managing the firm and for our relationships with the key occupier clients of the firm. Steve has over 25 years experience in a wide range of commercial property matters, predominantly in Central London, acting for both private and public sector clients. His areas of expertise include:-

• Strategic occupational consultancy
• Relocation advice
• Landlord and tenant advice
• Lease renewals
• Rent reviews
• Service charge consultancy

Hobbies include golf and bike riding.
