James has been based in the City for the last 30 years but primarily his experience and extensive track record has been  as a specialist agent surveyor in the Southbank location, previously as a partner and director of two leading professional national firms.  He has experience of acting for both major institutional Landlords, for example Corporation of London, Hermes Property Investment Ltd, Great Portland Estates PLC and private property companies.
