In early Summer 2018, Dron & Wright's building surveyors, acting for Bolmuir Properties Limited, project managed the completion of a full and comprehensive refurbishment of these beautiful buildings.  Over 5,000 sq ft of 19th Century buildings were turned into modern office premises with comfort cooling and data cabling fully installed and ready to occupy.  Oktra Limited were the Design and Build Contractor and proved to be highly effective, working well with Dron & Wright to provide highly desirable space which has received a lot of interest in the market place.  We even managed to make internal alterations to release a further 600+ sq ft.
